Our Apartments
Our apartments in Desenzano, are located very close to Lake Garda, best place to stay, are cosy and equipped with every comfort to make your stay carefree.
In the building in Vicolo Teatro 11, in the old town centre, there are two renovated, bright flats covering an area of 75m2: one on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd floor.
To get to the floors, it is necessary to use the stairs, as the building has no lift. Both flats can accommodate up to 6 people and have a spacious living room with a dining table, a sofa bed, a flat-screen Smart TV and a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. As for the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet and washing machine.
From the large balcony it is possible to relax with two chairs and a small table and to see the lake which is about 50 metres away.
The flat in Viale Motta 155 is located on the 2nd and top floor of a private property where there is free parking for guests and the remaining condominiums. Again, stairs must be used for access, as the building has no elevator. The centre can be reached easily and safely in about 10-15 minutes on foot.
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, optimal if you book it for 2 so that you can make the most of the 40m2 area. It consists of a living room with a dining table, a sofa bed, a flat-screen Smart TV and a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. For the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a
queen-size bed. The bathroom is also equipped with a shower and washing machine. From the balcony you can see the lake, which is about 100 metres away.
